My order
Below you’ll find the estimated delivery times for all shipments:
- Order cut-off time: 5:00pm (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day, which may delay delivery by one business day.
- Processing time: 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via one of our trusted delivery partners.
- Shipping time: 4–6 working days (Monday to Friday).
- Total delivery time: 5–8 working days in total.
Please note: total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it may occasionally happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the following link:
Track your order
Have you not received anything 3 days after the expected delivery time? Please contact us.
As we work with different product sizes, products may be shipped separately from each other. If items are missing from your order, you will usually receive them after 2-3 working days.

Returns & refunds
Yes. You can return any order to us within 30 days without giving any reason. Please find our return, refund and exchange policy here.
This is absolutely possible, but please contact customer service first to make sure your product is still in good condition to be returned. As a customer, you are responsible for shipping costs when returning our products!
If your order is approved and you are not satisfied, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in original condition with labels and tags attached. The product must not contain any signs of use.
After you have contacted our customer service and confirmed that your product still meets the quality requirements, we will send you the return form.
A return shipment must always include a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
Once we have received your returned items, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 2 days.
Shipping & delivery
We do not charge shipping costs, shipping is always free in the UK!
